You need to follow several simple steps.

01- Sign in to your blogger blog, click on the name of your blogger blog that you wish to set up a custom domain.
02 – Go to Blogger blog dashboard>> Go to Setting tab >> Choose Basic
03- Under the Publishing section, click on the link + Set up a third-party URL for your blog
Once you click on the (+ Set up a third-party URL for your blog) link you will see your Third-party domain settings. Here you need to type the custom domain name (www.yourdomain.com) that you purchased.
If you don’t type www. You will face an error >>
“Blogs may not be hosted at naked domains (ex: yourdomain.com). Please add a top-level domain (www.yourdomain.com) or subdomain (blog.yourdomain.com).”
So keeping mind that you should type your domain name begins with www. (or any subdomain) in order to work properly. Then input the domain name and click on save button.

Step 04 – Once you add your purchased domain name to blogger domain settings, your page will be Refresh and will show you an error message
“We have not been able to verify your authority to this domain. error XX”.
Don’t worry. This means you are doing it right! Then, you will see two CNAME records which should be created in your domain’s Host records;
Each CNAME is composed of two parts –
“Name, Label or Host” and “Destination, Target or Points to”.
*The first CNAME is the same for everyone, Name being “www” and Destinations “ghs.google.com.”
*The second CNAME is particular to your blog and your Google Account, and that is different for each person/blogger.
Keep that provided two DNS info codes (CNAME settings) handy. Because you will need it later. (For Step 07). Now you have to create necessary records for your domain in your Namecheap account.
Step 05– Sign in to your Namecheap account>> Select Domain list and click the Manage button next to your domain;
Step 06- When you go to the page for your chosen domain, click the Advanced DNS tab and find the Host records section (you will see that there are already two entry records. Delete them. >> then click on the ADD NEW RECORD button.
Step 07– In here you will need to add 6 DNS host records, that given by blogger servers for your domain in Namecheap account.
You need to enter 02 CName Records and 04 A Records.
Fill first CNAME Record, Go to raw under Type and choose Cname
– add CNAME for www mapped to ghs.google.com
Add CName Record Type, Host is “www “, Value is “ghs.google.com”
and TTL is “Automatic”
– add CNAME with values provided in the Blogger account
Need to add one more CName Record type, the second CNAME with values provided in the blogger account that collected in Step 04)
Add CName Record Type, Host is “Provide in the last row of your blogger domain setting “, The “value is also provided at last row” and TTL is “Automatic “.
– A Records for @ pointing to
Add A Records Type, Host is “@ “, Value is “add below 4 codes in every 4 lines” and TTL is “Automatic”. Apply A Records and @ for all lines.

Step 08 – After the all details are inserted, save them using the SAVE ALL CHANGES green button.
*Before you move onto the final step, sometimes you need to wait about some time (30 minutes) for newly created host records to take effect. If you attempt the final step before your settings are activated, a warning message will show up in your blogger account.
After your settings have been activated, you need to make sure Blogger knows about your custom domain so that Google can direct your readers to your blogger blog.
Step 09 – Go back to your Blogger.com blog settings.
Go to Blogger Dashboard>> Settings >> Basic under Publishing, make sure your new custom domain is still in the 3rd party setting. If not repeat Step 03. >> Click Save button.
Step 10 – Almost there! If settings are correct, you will be able to see your new custom domain in settings >> Blog Address >> Click the Edit link beside your custom domain and check “Redirect domain.com to www.domain.com and click Save.
Finally, you move from www.yourdomain.blogspot.com to your custom domain www.yourdomain.com. Now you have Custom Domain To your Blogger blog with Namecheap.
So now you have your own domain name behalf of your.blogspot.com domain.
